Common questions
- Can I use a family purchase in Sunday school?
- A family purchase covers one household, or one teacher using it with their own class. For several classes, a pageant, or anything parish-wide, choose a church plan. See the license for details.
- Can our parish pay by invoice?
- Yes. Request any church plan and we’ll email a PDF invoice your bookkeeper can pay by card, cheque or bank transfer.
- What happens after the Christmas Program Pack ends?
- Printing and projection are covered through January 6, 2027. Copies you’ve already handed out are yours to keep, and your $49 counts toward a Parish License if you upgrade in January.
- What format are the files?
- High-resolution PDFs that work on any tablet, computer, projector or printer.
- Can I get a refund?
- Digital goods are non-refundable after download. See our refund policy.
- Something else?
- Email contact@bibleheroes.kids and a real person will reply.
