Refund Policy

Our comics are digital downloads. Because they are delivered immediately on payment and cannot be “returned” in any meaningful sense, our refund policy differs from a physical-goods store.

1. Digital Goods Notice

By completing checkout you confirm that you understand the comic is a digital file and that, under most consumer-protection laws, your right to a refund ends once you begin the download.

2. When We Offer a Refund

We will refund the price you paid in the following situations, provided the request reaches us within 14 days of your purchase:

• The file is corrupted, missing, or otherwise unreadable, and our support team is unable to provide a working copy.
• You purchased the comic in error and have not yet downloaded it (we can verify this from server logs).
• You were charged twice for the same item due to a technical issue.

3. When We Cannot Refund

• You changed your mind after downloading the comic.
• The comic does not match the age, theme, or style you were hoping for — please use the preview pages and product description before buying.
• You bought a bundle and now want to keep only some of the comics in it.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@bibleheroes.kids with your order number, the comic in question and a short description of the problem. We will reply within five business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without giving us a chance to resolve the issue may result in the loss of access to any active downloads on your account.

7. Technical Issues

Most download problems are fixed by a different browser or by clearing your cache. If a file still won’t open after that, send us the error message and we will issue a fresh download link before considering a refund.
